Our Story

Cohabi is operated by Buzybytes Solutions, a technology company registered in Dublin, Ireland (CRO: 759889). We are a team of developers and product builders who experienced the Irish rental & sharing market firsthand — the ghosting, the scams, the endless applications into silence.

We launched Cohabi because no existing platform was designed to protect both sides of the transaction. Landlords (Hosts) needed a way to filter for serious tenants. Seekers needed a platform they could trust.

We built both in one place.
